We are making a huge Paella on a 22" pan, in case you can't tell from my sig.

My old man makes paella with imported rice, hand crushed saffron, sweet bay scollops, the whole works...  I gotta say, it's **** good.

Just picked up a Coleman Roadtrip Grill and plan to whip up some Stuffed Calgary Blue Cheese Burgers and some grilled garlic asparagus... Chili also picked up a half keg of Paulener Oktoberfest  :drinkup

Y'all are welcome for me (visiting back home from D.C.) bringing the cool weather down here.  I did pack shorts, but now it looks like green slacks and a yellow v-neck sweater.  GO BULLS!

Actually at the last minute we opted for home made chili, but its some real kick ass chili  ;)

We are gonna save the Blue Cheese Burgers and stuff for the bowl game...

Perfect Florida football weather!  We're having a chili cookoff for our tailgate.  Can't wait!

we r doing a rib cookoff, trade ya some food!

We are smoking a 50 lb. pig!!!

Showing up at like 8:00 to start cooking.

are you using a china box or smoker?  where are you able to park at 8am?

Most likely the private Bulls Tailgating lot behind channel 28 (correct if wrong)... we are showing up at 8:30am and are bringing a 1/2 - mini keg  ;)

awesome.  we got the burgers/brats/wings and opted for bottles of Paulaner Salvatore dopplebock.  who sells kegs of the octoberfest?
