Someone on his show mentioned that the USF game was close to a sell out.

Mandich starting laughing and said we must rope off the upperdeck like the Jags do.

I called in and set him straight and emailed him the link from Greg's blog.

Here's what I said.

Me: "Hey guys, long time listener when i used to live in Ft Lauderdale, how are ya?"

Jim: "ok, whats up?"

Me: "Cool, just wanted to verify some misstatements on todays show about the USF Bulls."

Jim: "excuse me?...verify some misstatements?"

     "what misstatements?"

Me: "Well...when we sell out RAYJAY, which we have done quite a bit in each of the past 3 seasons, we sell the whole stadium, thats 65k +.  We don't put big tarps in the corners of the upperdeck like some schools from miami."

Jim: jabbering, jabbering "ok, you're telling me there's gonna be 65k fannies in the seats?  Its gonna be like a penn st, ohio st. atmosphere there?

Me: Well now, USF might not have the history and tradition of those schools...(then i think he cut me off)

Good job, glad you called in and tried to set the record straight.  There is a lot of misinformation out there.  Sometimes you got to set them straight.
