The Big 12 Championship is on ABC.

The ACC Championship is on ESPN.

So yeah, no one will be watching our game.

exactly. i didnt say i was returning my gear. i didnt say i wouldnt be tailgating this saturday and screaming my lungs off at rayjay. i didnt say i wouldnt watch the uconn game. it is however, difficult to feel that high sense of pride after such a lousy performance.

I think this may be kind of the perfect explanation of the difference in the two major fan factions in here. I only feel a sense of accomplishment when I  achieve something ... Like wise, I only feel embarassed by something I  screw up. Obviously, there is a large faction on here that think they are one with the team itself and feel when the team looks bad, THEY look bad and then get pissed about it .... Maybe our glare patch psychiatrist can an analysis on THAT.

8pm on championship Saturday is ridiculous.  We are being used by ESPN because they think this game might get better ratings than poker, not because it is an attractive matchup they think can compete with the 3 championship games.  Those games (Cincy-Pitt, WV-Rutgers) will be at noon and 3:30.

Well than there is no reason for 99.99% of the population to root for sports teams, because thats how many dont play the game. If it is only the team that is supposed to impact, then being a fan is pointless.

If you dont have any feelings or emotions, then aren't you just observing a game? Why affiliate with USF, or the Bucs, or the Bolts at all?
