giving leavitt 13 days to prepare and losing 31-0 on national tv should be a joke.

he put on a good show.  but it takes a lot more than sideline antics and passion/love for a program to rank in over 1 million a year.

He shouldn't even be getting paid receivers coach money, if he loved the program that much he would take a pay cut and get top notch coaches under him.

Yelling 24/7 doesn't show passion. He looks like a bafoon running up and down the sideline. If you want to show your love for the game, get your team prepared and show people that USF winning is the most important thing to you.

He looks like a desperate man out there, watching as the ship slowly sinks.

i agree.  my passion statement wasnt based just on seeing him run up and down the sideline.  it is based on having a conversation with him about USF football.  the man really does have a passion and love for the program.  but so do i.  so do a lot of us.  yet, he is getting paid 7 figures a year more than i am for it.

so i ask for some results.  otherwise, you can have the "who is the biggest fan" contest and let them coach the team.  it would save us a million bucks a year plus car allowance.

i dont think leavitt could prepare better.  i think he puts every ounce of his soul into the program and getting us to win.  but when it doesnt happen and it doesnt happen in the manner that it didnt happen tonight....

that is what worries me.  i think he might be having a bobby bowden type episode here.  i think he might be losing control of the team.  i dont think the players respect him due to the whole "leavitt being leavitt" type antics.

lots of talking, no action. the team has been very undisciplined for the past few seasons with no sign of improving.
