How many bowl eligible teams are there going to be?  Especially with Clemson and South Carolina bowing out.

There's like 5 or 6 MAC teams on that list - I don't see that many MAC schools making it to bowl games.  I think they've only got 1 tie in with the Motor City.

1. Northwestern (must beat Hawaii @ Hawaii)

2. TCU (must beat Tulane)

3. Iowa State (must EITHER beat Missouri OR receive a waiver for a I-AA game)

4. Southern Mississippi (must beat either UAB or California)

5. Nebraska (must beat Colorado at home)

6. South Florida (must beat Memphis & Pittsburgh)

7. Syracuse (must beat BC @ BC)

8. Arkansas (must beat LSU)

9. Tulane (must beat TCU and Louisville)

Note - 9 teams are really 8 possible because one of them is the TCU-Tulane winner
