Rivalry Week

Since this is rivalry week in college football and we are heading into the Big East next year...going forward who would be our BIG rival in football on a CONSISTANT basis??

UCF?  Pittsburg?? Or another Big East Team?

I don't consider UCF to be a rival....just a pain in the butt.

In the short term, Louisville.  In the long run, if we continue to play each other, UCF.

Louisville, though this year we looked pretty anemic considering it was a "rival" game.   What do you guys think about Cincinnati?  They never really get me going, but I hear others state that this is a rival because of the years that we have played them in basketball,

Forget Cinci, the only real rivalry we have right now is USM.  Who it will be in the future ?  Who knows.  I for one would like it to be one of the big three in Florida.

I think L'ville ... but we'll see about the future.

What I love is that during the F$U/FU game ... they will be talking about SS & USC  ;D ... and the fact that fu doesn't have a coach ...  8)

I agree USM was our big rivalry.  Rivalries are not predetermined.  We will just have to wait and see what pans out in the BE.

USM has developed into a nice rivalry game. I hope we can continue to play them in the future as part of the CUSA agreement in the next few years. Considering we haven't even played UCF yet, it's hard to call them a rival. As for Big East rivalries, Louisville so far but it's real early to tell.
