Would never happen and if it did it would only take one good blizzard to kill it... Syracuse could host a bowl because of the dome but it would suck for tailgating.

It absolutely can happen, especially if you're going to try and have the Big Ten as the other conference involved in the game.

Being from that area of the country I can tell you a blizzard isn't going to hurt the game.
