haven't seen greatness in leavitt in last two years

he  has one more year

competetion has improved our talent and experience is behind by about one year.

my concern is for 2005 and beyond and the ofensive coaching is just not up to the task they have proven that over the last two years.

my main question is will JL do something about it?

Why do you guys automatically think any negative post from another school is a UCF fan in disguise?  It's not like Gator fans aren't known for being a-holes, you know.

Because ucf guys are the only other school besides USF that constantly hangs out here.

Other schools only post here when we're playing them (you know, like normal people)

i will not hope for a bad year to prove i am right  but you guys are fooling yourself if you think usf will tolerate such incompetence for more than another year

"Incompetence" ... now that made me laugh.  All I can say is that if you think having only one losing season (perhaps 2) in 8 seasons defines "incompetence", then I'm sure that you save a ton of money avoiding anniversary awards for your employees (if you have any).

the last 2 years have demonstrated complete  gross incompetence on the offensive side of the the ball

the coaches have been incompetent in evaluating our qb talent.banks and pj are terrible and failed to recruit qbs

as for my employees over last  20 years=they love me

i am a demanding but generous boss

Wow, "gross incompetence"!  Sounds like not only should they all be fired, they should be brought up on charges also.

They recruited Ingram and Schaeffer, neither decided to go to USF, although at this point, Ingram may regret his decision.
