This is the first Bulls game I have watched this year but I've been reading all year long about the dropped balls. I agree that the receivers dropped same passes they should have pulled in.  However, I think many of the drops were Julmiste's fault.  He has no touch. A receiver is open in the middle 8-10 yds down field and he is throwing the ball about 65 mph.  Very often it's over their head, at their feet or behind them.  I can't believe a kid that throws about 100 passes in high school is the starting qb at a large D1A university.
