So the football team lost a game this weekend... they're still 7-1-2, have 10 points from five games in the league, and are all but a mortal lock to make the NCAA Tournament for the first time under Coach Keifer.  It's just one loss!

And the women's team is .500 in C-USA, and they always close the season with a flourish.  They've got a good shot at finishing in the top 6 in the league to make the conference tournament... and from there, who knows??

As for that "other" football, well, uh... only 24 days until basketball season!!  

Forget the bowl games people, the NCAA College Cup is in LA December 10-12.  For you Bulls/Bucs fans, they play the Chargers in San Diego that weekend as well.  Don't spend that bowl game travel money on extra beer just yet.  This might be the best Bulls trip to take during the holiday season!
