Just the Defense really let us down tonight.  every time the offense started gapping the lead by putting us back up one TD or up two TD's the Deffense gave up a huge play by missing tackles all over the field.

Armys Game plan was simple RUN RUN RUN and we had no answer.

Sorry but the offense was NOT fine. Yes we ran the ball very well but the passing game was pathetic and that call for a pass at the 2 yd line that was intercepted was a bad call.We are running all over them and then we decide to get fancy with that call.

Agreed they did fine - PJ missed a few passes by throwing low again.  The interception from the 2 yard line was a low pass to a wide open receiver in the end zone.

And Peyton, well...who knows.

How can the O be classed as 'Doing Fine' we were only good when Hall was in.  The rest of the O provided something like a fifth of the total yards.  Hall had the rest.  We could not pass to save our lives.

Low pass?? I need to watch replay of game but PJ lofted the pass a little too much and the defender made a helluva play ............. I think.

The pass to Peyton was right there ............ PJ's problem is inconsistency. Good to see him get some nice runs in there too.

Give Crossley his due.  He ran very well tonight as well.  Every aspect of the running game was great!  Even PJ ran well.

The problem was the **** passing game and the inability to hit an open receiver or a receiver in stride.

There were some very suspect gimmick calls with reverses.  You don't run that crap against a team that doesn't over pursue.

when they or any O puts up 35 pts you should win the game that's why they did fine in my book

Exactly.....That is just basic football. There needs to be some changes on how we call football games.

We were fine......aside from the inability to block, inability to pass, inability to catch, inability to preassure the QB, inability to tackle, inability to cover receivers and the inability to stop the run. It was evened out by the complete way a far less talented team completely outcoached us. Other then that we are FINE.

Yes, this is a very negative post and I hoped cooling off overnight would help but what I saw last night was a complete disgrace on the football field and all I can think of is that we looked like the "Bad News Bulls"

Just out of curiousity, Army scored 35 points in the second half and I can't recall any punts...was there a single possession in the second half that Army didn't score? Just pathetic losing to frickin Army.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
