I think ECU and one other team would have been tied with UCF at 9 straight losses, but both of them pulled it, out leaving UCF with the dubious honor.

We better not take either Army or ECU for granted this year. Army looks like they are improving greatly every week. ECU gave us a scare last year and is capabale of doing so again.

At this point-- we must face the fact that the Bulls are a mediocre team this season. We are not the team from 2002-- we have some talent but are not playing like that team. With a little luck and hard work-- we might still make a bowl game. But anyone who puts all there marbles on that square is taking a big chance as we have several land mines remaining on our schedule.

Miss St lost to UAB 27-13 yesterday, but they did beat Tulane 28-7 on Sep 4th. Miss St's losing streak is only at 5 games dating back to that Tulane game.

UCF is the only winless team in I-A with a 9 game losing streak dating back to the last win over 3-9 C. Michigan last year.

Technically, that's not true.  I mean, once FAU and FIU join 1-A next year, UCF could be ranked as low as #119, right?

Not that I think that will happen, but just saying that it's technically possible.
