why do we have thursday games?  I would rather a saturday on ESPN U or 360

Because ESPN asked ... we get a national audience to ourselves.

I have been a life long, die hard rays fan since the beginning. I have been a life long, die hard USF fan since the beginning. If the Rays play on Thursday it may be one of the hardest decisions I will ever have to make. I hope they play Wednesday especially because I want to be obnoxiously nice at the Pitt game to prove a point just cuz im an a$$. Go Bulls and Go Rays!!!

I painted myself green back when the Rays colors actually had green in them. Missing their first playoff game is like missing your son's first steps.

I can't miss my kid's first steps.

This is a no brainer for me.  If I had the choice (I didn't get tix) and they were playing at the same time I would be going to the Rays game for sure.  I've waited a decade plus for this.  I'm thinking about putting a deposit down just so I can assure that I will get tix for the next rounds.
