I asked Auman this question and I believe he said most likely in mid-November for whatever reason.

I'm almost positive I didn't say mid-November at any point -- practice starts a month or so before that. Talked to someone earlier this week who said the NCAA had some additional questions that USF was in the process of answering. If you take the original timetable of 2-3 weeks, it could be anytime in the next week or so, but if they have additional questions, it could obviously go longer ...
