The police officer gave me all his information and the case # he said I can change my mind at any time about pressing charges. I really do not know alot about the legal system so I was not sure what I could have done at that time. I just knew at the time I wanted it to be over so I could enjoy the rest of my day.

If anyone has any info I am willing to listen.

Yikes...I hope my KU brethren don't get treated this way in Tampa.

They wont - I gurantee it.  Certainly some good spirited verbal taunting, but nothing more.  Enjoy Tampa, check out the Channelside area and be sure and get have a steak at Bern's before you leave.

Call a lawyer tomorrow and sue his a$$.

Tell the lawyer you are going to call the police and tell them you'd like to press charges.

The lawyer will give you advice on how to continue.

Personally, I would pursue it.

u have video, u have a willingly helpful cop... talk to a lawyer [1st consultations are usually free] and get his ass!

He's not ok.

His back and neck and spleen hurt.

(actually sometimes injuries take a while to notice because of adrenaline and what not)
