Don't know if they were the better team, but they played well overall.  And penalties did kill them.  Reminded me of us over the last 4 years; cheap, late shots that draw the flag and 15 yards.  We've been much more under control this year.  Maturity?  Coaching?  Good to see in any case.

Yeah, I saw that quote this morning.  I think after watching the film he'll feel a little different.

I could see a moral victory if they had more yards, but it wasn't even close.  I think we doubled them in total offense.

And when you are going into the 4th qtr with more penalty yards than offense, you are not the better team.  He answered his own question.

Sorry, if you were the better team you would have won the game.  Have to give it to them though.  They weren't going to let go of USF's coattails without a fight.

That kid lights me up on NCAA. But seriously... they played terribly offensively and had major lapses defensively. I don't really see them being the better team.

Rocky Ross and Joe Burnett...that is the UCiF team.  Ross has come along...playing well in his senior season.  Burnett...he is a talent.  My problem....our special teams all the way through last night.  Kickoff coverage is inconsistent...giving up a TD...unacepptable.  They took us out of our punt return game...they had a pretty good punter.  Field goal attempts...wow...is it Delbert on the road or is it just lack of preparation.  Getting a field goal blocked....embarrassing.

You look at the game statistically and it was a one sided affair.  How Rocky can say they were the better team I don't know.  How they could end up in OT with us, I don't know that either.  Hand it to UCiF....they came to play to the end.  Bottom line....another "almost" over a ranked team.
