Guest BasketBull.

This was THEIR game of the season --hey, we're #17 in the land. On the other hand, the team just wants to get out and play Kansas on a national stage.

Give them credit, they were feisty and got a few things that went their way. Our guys showed how good they are by winning this game. That last TD was awesome.

It's college football; you never know what you get from week to week. Ask WVU, Pitt, and Rutgers.

I'm not even angry just . . . .dissapointed.

UCF played with a much higher level of emotion and intensity. Combine that with the fact that many here feel we were out coached and things start to look pretty grim for next friday's game. I really felt that we should have rolled over UCF again this year, guess I shouldnt have had that kool aid they were passing around on campus yesterday. . . or maybe UCF is better than everyone (including myself) thinks. Hopefully this is our wake up call.

Still, a win is a win and I'm glad that the Bulls won the last game in the series. Cya later UCF, next up Miami.

some of the worst fundamental football i have ever seen in such a short time

UCiF didn't deserve to win either.  We scored more than them.

Grothe hasn't improved from last year, and last year he barely improved marginally from 2006.

what Grothe is now is as good as he gets.

yes, he hit TJ with a laser to win the game... but the game wouldn't have been so close had Grothe not been sacked and thrown picks all night.

we are loaded on offense and we still needed OT to put the Gloden Clowns away.

sad.

Grothe played great.  The coaches let UCF back into the game.

Can anyone tell me what "Love" did tonight? I just didn't see him playing with any heart, going that extra mile. It just seemed like everyone else was trying like h*ll.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Gimmie a break.  We outgained them by 300 yards didn't we?  Could we have lost?  Yes.  Did we deserve to lose?  Hell No.

Smazza, once again your lack of football knowledge is astounding.

Come on... UCF game into this game fired up and ready to play hard.  I bet this ends up being one of our toughest games this season, and probably UCF's best.

At least we come out with the win, and the rivalry is over.  So let's get over it and focus on Miami Kansas.

why kick on second down?

Agreed. We could have taken a shot or 2 to the end zone.

I think CJL was afraid of botch snap.. if they had a botch snap, they would get other FG chance.
