We will be having Muffaletta sandwiches (homemade by Mutt), fruit, veggies, wings, chips and green and gold (with the iconic U) homemade cupcakes.

The menu isn't set in stone, but here's a good idea of what we'll have.

Lunch will probably be publix subs, burgers, dogs, the usual

Dinner will be

Sautéed shrimp in butter and garlic

Sautéed salmon in butter and garlic

A large bowl of home-made pasta salad (best stuff ever)

A few new york strips or porter house steaks (haven't decided)

A tossed salad

and chips and dip throughout the day

So far our plan is...

Buffalo Burgers (Regular burgers with blue cheese filling dipped in a modified buffalo sauce)

Regular burgers - for the less adventurous

Hotdogs

Chips, Salsa, beans, potato salad, fruit

Sodas, beer

A bottle of JD somehow makes it our the tailgate too.
