If the highest and 2nd highest teams can move up and up the polls, then there is at least a chance that 2 Big East teams could make the 10 BCS slots.  Big East ranks: #8 West Virginia, #19 South Florda

If no teams from the non-BCS conferences make the BCS, then that would mean 4 at-large slots in the 5 BCS bowls.  This increases the chances for 2 Big East teams to be selected.

There are no Top 12 non-BCS teams or Top 16 non-BCS teams still ranked ahead of a BCS conference's higest ranked team:

I like that almost every game with a ranked team gives me someone to root for...except I won't mind at all if Texas manhandles Florida Atlantic.

I'd really like to be able to watch every single one of these games were future USF opponents play.  If I were a coach with USF I would watch them all for tape and practice.
