Thanks for the link. I like the song, definitley gets the heart rate up. But if were to be played at games I would suggest the last 30 seconds or so. Of course very rarley to they play more than 30 seconds on any song.

Actually I remember USF or Tampa stadium or whoever, played In the Air Tonight a couple times leading up to the team taking the field during the inaugural game vs KY Weslyan in 1997.  It may have played once while they were doing warmups and then another time after they went back into the locker room but before they ran out onto the field.  Remember we didnt have a marching band back then so there was no pre game performance.  I thought that song was perfect for the occasion.

Yes, the younger crowd may prefer some one hit wonder rap singer, and while I am not a huge Collins fan, someone who truly appreciates music has to admit he is one of a couple dozen true musical legends.  He is one of those people that cross age boundaries, has been around for 20+ years putting out numerous top hits.  Yes, he isnt current and you wouldn't likely hear his music in too many nightclubs, bars or college parties, but some of his songs including this one are good stadium songs. 

I too am tired of all piped in music being rap songs.  My favorite though not rap, but techno is Kenkraft 400, Zombie Nation, which seems to be a stadium staple as of the past year or two, even though the song has been around since 1999.
