4. Mike Ford vs. Ben Williams, RB, South Florida: The Bulls have the potential to be really good in 2008, and will have to be special on the ground for that to happen. Ford has to beat out Williams, a scrappy, hard working RB, to grab that number one spot.

3. Mason Robinson vs. Kordell Young, RB, Rutgers: Another Big East battle is developing in New Jersey. Ray Rice had a stellar career for the Scarlet Knights, but someone needs to step up and take his spot.

1. Bill Stull vs. Pat Bostick, QB, Pitt: Lurking under West Virginia and South Florida, Pitt is slowly becoming everyone's favorite non-BCS sleeper team this year. But the QB play was horrid last year, and one of these two has to do the job for the Panthers to excel.
