South Florida, which made the AP Top 25 for the first time last year and rose all the way to No. 2, has its first preseason ranking at No. 19.

I still do not understand the LOVE that winnie and Pitt get?

The Stache has been doing some pretty good recruiting, and some of the pundits figure that'll start translating into wins sooner or later.  Plus, the BE seems wide open this year, even though WVU is still getting picked to win it with their new coach.
