as was already said...be prepared for the worst, hope for the best. I'll have my nerd light (uhm book light) and a few good books ready to go along with the normal supplies.

not sure if anyone else remembers this or I'm just making it up but in 2004 when we got hit by all those storms it always seemed BRUTALLY hot for the next week after the 'cane swept through. That was almost worse than the actual storms, though I live in an area where flooding isn't a major concern usually.

hmmm...i could have a shorten work week as well.  hopefully this storm stays small.  we dont need anothe 100mph+ storm to hit ANYWHERE in the US
