I bought an awesome authentic game worn USF basketball jersey on ebay.  Looks to be mid 90's around '95.  The number is 22 and the name is Rolle.  Anyone know anything about him?  Any good?  Obviously no Altron Jackson.  Thanks

Just curious but shouldn't an authentic game worn jersey come with some sort of validation?

Here are some photos attached.--It's clear its not the Dons, and clear it is team issued.  Thanks for the help.

Maybe a walk-on?

It was a good deal and looks legit to me.  Not too concerned, but the person who had it has no info, probably because they took it.

Call Tommy Tonelli in the basketball office.  We recruited a 2 guard named Travis or Troy Rolle out of Orlando, I think, but he never qualified, so I am not sure why there would be an authentic jersey.  One possibility is that back in those days, school's would make a jersey with a recruit's name and number on it as part of the official visit.  Perhaps the Rolle kid we signed got to keep the jersey and has now decided to sell it.

Tommy will be able to tell you about this guy.  He helped recruit him back in the day.

Yep.  We signed him, but when he did not qualify he played juco ball and signed with another 4 year school after his juco career.  I just can't quite remember where he played.  I think it was outside of FL.
