Stats not really fair when you don't count the best games from the other 2 backs, but B-Will does have a lot of negative plays.

Hmmm ... I know I only coached kids, but we never never looks at stats - only film in evaluating our RB's. All positions for that matter.

Remember, a RB does more than just "run".

Go BULLS !!!

Consider the source.

Say "Grothe" three times and he'll appear like the freaking Candyman.  It's uncanny, this man's...ahem... "love" for Grothe.

Reviewing play calling stats especially situational play calling stats is one of the best tools coaches can use.  It can help diagnose tendencies in your own play calling and also help identify the other teams tendencies.  Film is obviously important but film alone wont give you success at top levels of competition.

Agree, but the subject was evaluating talent. Video is MORE valuable than looking at a stat sheet which was referred above.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
