Selvie will go PRO after this year.  If Dingle went pro from WVU, why do you think Selvie would stay when he is so hyped?  May as well make plans to replace him as well.

Thanks for the concerns and we're on the way to doing that.

So, you're doing that ehh?  Just gonna run the kid off like you don't want him ehh?  If I was Selvie I would just sign with a FA right now and skip the pain that USF will endure this coming season.  WVU gonna put a pounding on you beeeyatches!

I love it when Neers get cocky.  I am already excited about that game.  I think USF comes in ready to seal the conference title and WVU to salvage the season.  WVU losing so much on defense, all the play callers (Magee, Smith) on offense...and let me see this freshman, and Devine running a few times between the tackles before accepting any cocky attitude by WVU fans as anything more than wishful thinking.

As far as preparing for Selvie's departure....we signed a four star DE that's now on campus, Bedford who was 3 seasons to play...we're also in the top 3 for three four star DE's, and top 3 for a five star JUCO DE.  We'd still love for him to stay for his senior year though.  You always stick with production.

And with the JuCo DT that should be here this fall, feeling our guys up front will make some noise. And potentially, all but 1 will be returning for 2009.

As much as ya'll b*tch and moan about him, you MountedQueers are lost without Rodriguez.  Ya'll haven't "pounded" us yet, what makes you think this year will be any different?

A couple of years ago, WVU fans were all praying that they would land Jatavious Jackson. Now they'll have to face HIM for the next FOUR years. How sweet it is!  ;D

Twilly - They punded us in the first matchup... 28-6 until 1:23 left in the 4th when Carlton Hill led USF on a scoring drive.

However, the 2008 Bulls are so much better than the 2005 Bulls at every position it's not even funny.  It will be a tough game, but you are right they will not be able to "pound" USF.

Take away 2 plays and it is a close game.  Hardly a pounding/

I agree.  However White made us look absolutely stupid on those 2 plays.  Of course 2 plays over 3 games is ok, I guess.

Exactly!

The game itself was MUCH closer than the final score suggests.
