I looked at mine online but I don't think they're right...I have 5 points and thats what you get for being an Alumni (if I'm not mistaken). I'll wait until I get my email and see what things look like then

Yeah, my online total is actually a few points higher than I expected... I am sure there are going to be some discrepancies when you're assigning points for more than 13,000 accounts.

Just wanted to say that the admin staff is working pretty hard to address any errors. I had an error in my points. I sent in the email to the address listed in the point statement email. I got a reply. At 10:30 on Saturday night. That's dedication. The correction doesn't show up in the online points. However, I Just got another email stating that it would be correct in the system by the time that they award the tickets.

Yeah, Vicki answered one of my emails saturday too....that's dedication!!  She said: "The ticket office has been uploading the accounts, and it’s not yet complete."  So there will be a few errors, but they will be fixed.

So I see it says the points are  based on number of season tix, number years, and donations.  How do they calculate the points based on these, for example:  Me and my wife have been season ticket holder since last season (football only) and donated $250 this yr, what should my excepted pts be?

My guess would be 5 for being Alumni, 4 for Season Tickets (this year and last), and 4 for Annual Giving.  So I have a total of 13 for you.  Not sure if its correct, but thats the way I see it.
