its hard to take that honor after most teams have played 2 games and we've only played 1 against a d-ii school.

although i really do think our D is a top 30 i dont think we can truely and honestly own the #1 ranking

Don't be so negative Rezz! Positive thoughts baby! Would you rather come in off a win or a loss? A win right... only positives Rezz! If you're in sales and you can show someone the NET benefit from a product, do you also point out the flaws? No! Because there is an overall NET benefit to the customer.

I believe our d can be top 15 in the country easy.  We have the talent to be top 10 it's just a question of will the offense take the burden off the shoulders of the D and will the deffensive players keep playing as hard as they can every play for the rest of the year.   I believe it can be done.   GO BULLS!!!

This is a great start to our season for the Defense, which I would assume all of us BULLieve this season's Defense is better than last seasons.

My question is do you all think we have more depth?  I remember last year against Alabama and we got gassed late in the game.  USC is a big running team.  will we have enough people to keep playing against them, especially if our offense is anemic.

YES ! We have the depth this season ... easpecially along the Front Seven on Defense.

Well, it would help the defense a bit if we huddled up on offense and ran more time off the 25 second clock than we usually do.  Usually they start it when we are lined up since we don't huddle, and we take only a few seconds before the ball is snapped.  We can be 3 and out  even with a run and only take a minute or so off the clock.
