Am I the only one who is shocked and DISGUSTED that this was even an issue?  Common decency should dictate that you don't throw that word around.  It shouldn't take "leadership" to put an end to it.  People should just freaking know better.

i think it's disgusting that its used at all--- whether as a slur or as a "term of endearment" (as the urban youth like to say).

but it's definetely NOT shocking in the least.  it's actually quite common.

the most shocked i've been in a long time hearing that word was a year or so ago when this fat sloppy piece of white trash was coming out of a Save-A-Lot with her bi-racial baby that couldn't have been more than a year old sitting in the cart...  the kid was giggling and doing it's little baby goo-goo gaga stuff, and the fat slob b**ch actually had the nerve to say "shaddup ya lil n***a" in her fakeass sistagurl accent.

i swear i've never wanted to slap the p*ss out of someone more than that day.
