That was a pretty long interview, great exposure, although I can already hear the SEC and Big10 die-hards going off about CJL calling the Big East a strong conference.  Atleast we all think he's right

lol.  this reminded me why i don't listen to Mike & Mike all that often.  those guys are retards.

they completely missed the mark about CJL in their comments after the interview...  he's not just selling an "act"--- he really IS the guy that doesn't get excited about rankings and focuses exclusively on the next game.

I didn't take it like that at all.  They Said he is a real coach's coach, and pointed out that all he said was thats great when he was told about the ranking.  They did say they thought he probably was a little more excited than that on the inside, and I tend to agree.  As focused as Jim really is, I'm sure at one point last night, for probably only about 5 seconds I'm sure he said to himself, "@#$% we've gotten pretty far, this is great."  Of course then the timeout ended in some Rutgers game film.  :)
