Oklahoma will have the Big 12 Championship game too, so that is another ranked team for the Sooners.

And there is no guarantee that if USF wins out we will still be #2 in the BCS... remember, the formula for the BCS is based on the average percentage of possible points each team receives in the three polls (coaches, Harris, computer average).

I would expect the coaches and Harris voters will put 1-loss LSU and 1-Loss Oklahoma ahead of USF.  So might a 1-loss USC or Cal team.

No, USF still needs a little help to make the NCG.

HOWEVER, USF can win the goal of CJL and the team: the Big East Championship.  No one else can sneak that away from USF.
