If he takes us to a BCS or expecially a NC game, we'll have the money to pay him easily.  it's not so much Leavitt, I am more concerned with the assistant pool to keep Leavitt happy .

I think the money will be there because we currently haven't even tapped into a good bulk of alumni in the Tampa Bay area, let alone elsewhere in the world. Now that USF is generating so much buzz, I think you'll have a lot of them coming out of the woodwork to contribute to the school. Not only that, but I think CJL really has an immense sense of ownership over his football program. I doubt he thinks about it like this, but he has a chance to be a legend in college football by staying with the same program he built from scratch.

Bryant, Bowden, Paterno, Leavitt?
