What version of browsers are you guys using?  I've tested it on Firefox 2 and IE 7 and the tabs show up fine...

Im using IE 6. The gold tabs aren't there.

Refresh your browser once you're on the multimedia page.  I checked all the links this morning and they are fully functional.

fix the popup page with the media player, it's too small, doesnt scroll and all that's visible in my firefox is the play button with 90% of the screen to the right of what's viewable.

Matt, I can confirm... there are no buttons across the top in IE 6.
