SEC Crap

After hearing all the incessant crap from the SEC fans about how no teams outside their conference plays as difficult a schedule as they do, I was thinking about the different advantages and disadvantages of each conference. 

Ok, the SEC does have some good teams, but let's see Florida or LSU play Michigan or Wisconsin in a snow game on Thanksgiving and see how they would do.  That would kinda neutralize that speed wouldn't it. 

My point is that these games are not played in a vaccuum and each conference has its' own barriers to overcome to get to the top of the nation. 

We are right where we should be based on who and how we have played.

If they don't like it, they can invite us to their conference  ;D

These fans just need to have their AD's schedule us.

To play the Big 10 or the Pac 10 that would require the SEC to travel outside of the south... something THEY DON'T DO.

SEC beats each other up = Parity and greatest conference in the world

BE beats each other up = crappy conference

It all comes down to the fact they have a better PR department then other conferences.

Screw the SEC.  Dey just jelaous playas!!!

Just take a look at LSU's schedule!! When do they ever hit the road?  They barely leave their house, and when they play "away" games, their opponents are so close that the coach ought to order his players to jog to the other schools as a warmup!!!

The SEC ought to worry at the concept of all the Div I Florida schools joining up and making up their own conference with their closest out-of-state rivals

Imagine a conference made up of the following schools: UF, USF, FSU, the "U", UCF, FAU, Bama, Auburn, UGA, and GaTech.

I'd call it "THE MEAN-10 CONFERENCE"
