The way I look at is this way.  They have been out of college football too long and are pro football commentators now.  That is what they follow and supposedly that is what they know.  ESPNU is the channel to watch since they follow college football.  Gottfried and Luginbill both say we belong up there.  heck, Gottfried said we belong at number 1.

LSU beat No. 6 South Carolina and No. 15 Florida.

DA U's Jimmy Johnson does not have us in his top 5 AGAIN. Said we "had a couple nice wins, but they struggle w/ regional schools. They almost LOST to Florida Atlantic" Apparently, he didnt see the score this week.

Barry Switzer did not have us in his top 5 either.

They dont have a vote, but it hurts when so few people across the nation know little about us. And I dont get how they can honestly say we are not one of the top 5 teams in the nation.

Why do you care???  It doesn't matter, trust me.  There are people on the West Coast who don't know about us and never will, they just mark the ballots based on undefeated or not undefeated.  If we win the Big East we are guaranteed a BCS bowl, then those that have questions can have them validated or answered.  Just leave the issue alone, I am sure there are some people in Hawaii right now how are saying why aren't they ranked higher, and you can't say they shouldn't be they haven't lost right??
