We deserve a BCS bowl if we win the Big East.  Plain and simple.

exactly! Dont even worry about bowl games until the last game or 2 of the season

I don't think so.  Wouldn't a win against UCF make us bowl eligible?

With so many crucial matchups left the bowl projections right now are about as accurate as pre-season rankings. 

I don't know why they even bother.  You can't even tell who the conference winners will be at this point much less project bowl matchups.

we aren't too good for the gator bowl.  it is a great bowl.  at this point getting their is still quite a task and is going to require winning possibly five or six more games this regular season.

they were right in saying that no top 5 team should ever play like that against a team like FAU... if that happens again, or worse - we lose, then we don't deserve a BCS bowl

I disagree. If that is the case then no top team should be playing 1AA teams at the start.

If we don't make the BCS, I wouldn't mind seeing us play FSU in the Gator. Winning there would certainly strengthen our claim as the best team in Florida... ;)
