Maybe not, but let's all remember that if somebody had told us at the beginning of the year we would play FSU in the Gator Bowl we would have been dancing in the streets!

We have a big game vs UCF.  They will want to knock us off and be emotionally charged.  Then a short week and we play Rutgers in NJ.  Which we may have a problem with and loose our first game and it will be against a Big East opponet.  We need to win all the Big East games to take the king of the Big East.  Otherwise Cincy or WVU will be us out.

Obviously they are making the assumption that we will lose to Cincinnati. If UWV beats them and everyone else wins out, you would have a 3 way tie and I believe in that scenario the highest ranked team goes to the BCS. I'm still more worried about Rutgers than the Nati at this point. Short of the Auburn and last year's UWV win, we typically don't look like the same team on the road.

It's still too early to speculate. Just WIN baby!

I think our biggest obstacle is UCiF, short week, and Rutgers. In that order. I garauntee that if we slip up they will drop us t at least 20, if not lower. The good ol' boys don't want us messing with their party.

they were right in saying that no top 5 team should ever play like that against a team like FAU... if that happens again, or worse - we lose, then we don't deserve a BCS bowl

But we'll all know that we're the Wake Forest of the Big East...we only got a bowl because all of the other teams dropped a game they should've won.
