im watching the game too and i wouldnt say UCF is all that great so far.  they have had 2 big plays for TDs (kickoff return and big play by WR)

kevin smith is pretty good though.  but they dont have a passing game.  ECU just scored on a big Play.  looks like this one will be a shoot out.

As was shown to us today, there are plenty of quality football players in the state.  I hope this game made us realize we better be prepared for UCF next week.

He's the same guy we've played the last two years.  Without a passing game, we'll stack the box and they won't be able to run.  FAU was able to pass.

I gotta believe we held back some game footage, not wanting to show the Lancelots much. Our O was sooooo dull and predictable (like the Elon game when we ran 7 plays). I look for us to open things up with Ford back next week.

metro... i can buy that excuse in week 1 vs elon but in week 6 of the season???  not a chance.  FAU just played solid defense.

as for Kevin Smith, he didnt play last year, but without a passing game he can be stopped.  ECU (who doesnt have a very good run D is holding him to 2.4 yards a carry.  so what, he had a good game against Texas.  Texas isnt exactly very good this year.
