Would the Bull Ring survive this year?

With the success of the team do you think the Bull Ring would survive these days or do you think it was just due to bad service, food, location, etc. etc.

I do not live by USF anymore but where do the students go and watch the game tomorrow if they do not have ESPNU?

With bad service, food, and location remaining the same, it'd still be hard to stay open...not to add having the star QB serving drinks...  :Duh

ESPNU is not hard to get...I think most bars have DirecTV anyway...it's on there.

I know most bars will have the game, but where is the spot for the students to get together and watch the game? I went to the Bull ring on away games last year and there was always a pretty good turnout.

There are many options for students around campus.  You have the Clubhouse (56th and Fowler), which is probably the big one, but other than that, I'm sure any place with TV's will be packed for the Bulls.

i think the location really hurt the bull ring.....i was disappointed when it went down....we need more bars and restarunts themed after USF around the campus......I hope people start opening up new places soon......

As many have already pointed out, the establishment was in abad location, poor service, medicore food at best, and the owners traied to be everything to everyone, they did a poor job of identifing their market segement and core customers.

An establishment focused on the Bulls could succeed if it was located closer to campus, followed the Hooters/Wing House business model with small core menu of burgers, wings, fries, salads, and beer.  With a alot of TVs and Bulls gear.  K.I.S.S
