It is safe if you hang off the railing the drop is only about 4 inches...which you can do if you aren't worried about a cop beating on you for "trespassing". Back in 03 when I dropped it was from full height because I was concerned about getting detained so I ran like hell. This time the police were great they just allowed it

Like before, I said that I saw some guy swing pirate style on the field goal pully. It was funny.

I also saw a guy literally get a running start and jump over like it was an Olympic sport (two hands on the bar and throws himself over.
