Furthermore, the old Greek village might just turn into athletic housing and Greeks will be moved more towards the opposite end, near the elementary school area.

really, that doesn't seam to make much sense.  They're building up the athletic district in the southeast corner, but they'd move the athletic housing to the north part of campus, then move the greek housing to the athletic district???

The greeks are pushing for their own designed homs on campus... not what was provided by RHA... and there has been a decent push as of lately.

The greeks are not pushing for their own homes on campus...  and if they were USF is not going to let them anyway.  Now, some greeks who don't have houses yet might be pushing... but remember, they had several years to raise money to build their own houses before USF stepped in and built the existing houses.

And while the master plan can be changes to remove the athletic facilities, I don't see that happening.

Why do you guys want an on campus stadium so bad? Raymond James Stadiums is one of (if not the) best stadiums in the NFL, and most on campus stadiums are nothing more than huge bowls with a bunch of seats. I think USF is doing just fine staying at Ray Jay, I love going to games there and it is in a more convenient location for people throughout the Bay Area than an on campus stadium would be. How many teams can say that they play in a top notch NFL stadium, and we don't have to pay our own staff to maintain it.

I just think that this is a case where everyone wants something that they don't yet have, but trust me if we ever got the on-campus stadium we would regret it I think.

Where would the parking be for all those stadiums?  ;)

the point of that picture is that there is plenty of room for parking. There would only be 1 stadium i was just showing that four could fit

Ray Jay was unbelievable on Friday night, I wouldn't have dreamed of trading that for a 45k stadium on campus.

We need to stay there for a while longer, consistently sell out, so when we do build something, we have the money for it, and we can justify making it big enough.

When we get a stadium (10 years or so), I don't think that anyone affiliated with USF football will regret it...EVER. Opponents will regret the fact that they have to come into Leavitt Stadium and try to not leave in multiple pieces, but the we will be proud of whatever we build.
