I kind of hope it's true because if it is, the TSA is going to be much more willing to arrest and prosecute people who do it in the future. That will help slow down the knuckleheads whose life ambition is to rush the field.

My source told be there are some pretty high frustrations...again, allegedly, USF was warned that fans could not go on field due to no insurance to cover them (so the TSA complained about that)...USF allegedly was disturbed that traffic control, etc. was mismanaged.  TSA was upset that more tickets than seats were sold...  Sounds like a real possibility these issues were brought up...again, I don't know how true this is, but if it is at all true, with three more potential sell-outs upcoming, the parties need to get it together regarding this COMMUNITY STADIUM.

You know, what's sad to me is that it was such a great event.  You're telling me that the parties involved didn't make a lot of money off of that?  If there was a problem, pay some sort of penalty and let's be done with it. 

It seems confusing to me that these issues exist when a sell-out crowd was inevitable.  As the thing gets more success, you are going to sell more tickets.  I thought that was the goal?

I think its all false right now.

  Plus, USF fans dont need to and shouldnt rush the field again this year, since we are/should be ranked higher than our remaning opponents, and beating people we are suppose to beat according to the guys in vegas does not warrant a rushing of the field.

The only damage I saw to the field was when the Tampa police slamed a few faces to the turf in the south endzone.

I can't imagine the field being damaged by fans more than the damage inflicted by having 22 players going at it during the course of a game.  I did see two people riding rather larger mammals around. Now that could have done some damage!

I saw some guy walking in the Parking lot with a very large piece of the field.

A post-game celebration cannot even compare to damage done by the game itself
