What's strange to me is that I only responded to the disrespect of their fans.  This cannot be debated because I saw and heard it personally.  Maybe dissing the Pat White was going to far, but all we heard all week was how we had no chance.

Hmmm.  We should learn to win graciously.  

I accept that, we can be a little more gracious when we win.  I just find it funny that they obviously are not gracious losers.

Honestly, it is only a direct response to what I witnessed with my own eyes.  I haven't talked any trash to Auburn fans and I actually like WVU as a team.  Someone used my thing to start a flame war and I don't appreciate it.  Oh well, lesson learned.

It's not winning graciously, it is me being happy to see those cocky fans flee from the stadium.  I am only one guy and I was very gracious to the people around me.

Is the thread still there?  I followed the link and it went to the topic list...I decided not to read for fear the fans are a soft as the players.

  Maybe this is a good place to bring up my thoughts.  Having gone to the Auburn game and having been treated so well we try to do the same to those that come in to our house and play against us.  Now if they refuse to take the gestures of kindness that is their problem then I will get rude.  However on the way out of the stadium on Firday coming down the ramp some of our fellow comrades decided to start cheering, "over rated".  There happened to be several WVU fans around and they were not saying anything.  Needless to say a lot of us told them to stop.  That shows no class whatsoever!

I have noticed in the past where this is being chanted after a game.  Now if it is against "that other college" from FL we play I can understand since I have met some of the rudest fans from there.  But to a top 10 team that does have class and played just as hard as we did to win I thought that to be rather rude and certainly don't want to portray the school in that light.

I hope someone who has the ability to put it out to the masses lets them know just what the WVU board said, "show class USF show class".  Ok I am off my soapbox now.  GO BULLS!
