Once again the AP poll gets it and the coach's poll screws the pooch.

This is awesome, but they still dropped WVU three spots below UF with is bull

Wow, it's almost surreal. But Bulls fans know we are that good. Let's just hope none of the players see this poll.

This is unBULLievable for certain, and without such a crazy weekend (for losses) we probably would have made it to 12th, maybe 11th. But Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, Rutgers, and of course WVU all losing ... well it seemed likely we would break the top 10 at that point though I didn't think such a huge jump.

I am extremely proud of our team, and proud to be a Bull, but as I have said before this also puts the BULLSeye on our back and we need to continue to work hard, play harder, and be disciplined. We CANNOT go out to games and lose against teams we should beat. When you are ranked this high, losing will immediately plummet you in the polls so every game means that much more, and everyone's eye is on us now. People know now that when we win it should not be considered an "upset" but rather what we are supposed to do, WIN.

That being said, IF we do lose a game we need to take that with dignity and show respect to our opponent. I do not want to hear about any of OUR fans making complete asses of themselves (win OR lose) with our opponents. We may not have been ranked before, we certainly have not been ranked this HIGH before ... but we are not knew to winning games. We need to show the rest of the nation what we already know ... that the Bulls are strong, that we are proud, that we are hungry, but we are also humble (if anyone needs a reference, please see Jim Leavitt).

One game at a time my friends, one game at a time. There is still a LOT of football ahead of us, so let's finish together and FINISH STRONG!
