vitale is awesome. he's not jumping on the bandwagon, he's been a huge follower of all Tampa sports, from high school to pros. he knows sports better than just about anyone around.

Vitale is from Bradenton and knows about everyone in the area and is a well liked personality for the most part.  Like it or not, having a guy like that can only help USF get face time and we need all of it we can get at this point.  Even after tonight, most will chalk it up to the Big East being WEAK more than USf being strong even though this D could play with anyone.  Problem is, our offense isn't anywhere near where it should be for a top ten program.
