ill be there...i dont know if ill be wearing green though.  i only have 1 green "work" shirt and I have to save that until Friday.

So you're wanting us to overload/crash the board?

We have made some changes to the database that supports this forum, and we want to give it a full-on stress test ... like what happened after the Auburn game... to see how these changes affect the system under a high load.

Yesterday we had 157 people on line at the peak, and were averaging 120-130 for most of the day -- both users and guests. That's not bad... but WHEN the Bulls win Friday, this board could get hammered and we want to know a little better what to expect.

Thanks everyone for your help.  We think the board can handle the load - but we want to be certain.

Yes, absolutely.  We have made changes and have a couple more to go, but need a test.  Also, if we determine a number of users that begin to endanger performance, we'll be able to better manage the board on Friday by using restrictions.
