Just shows how little the city of tampa and the county of hillsoborough cares about USF.  This would have gone a long way in promoting not only the university, showing how the city gets behind it's local university, but would have also been good for city of tampa in terms of tourism, by showing shots of a nicely lit downtown to a national audience.
