considering the high demand for student tickets, they shouldn't have sold companion tickets at all until the day of and day before the game

I agree 100%. I know some people who couldn't get tickets that wanted to go and they cant. I'm sure this is going to happen a lot more than just this guy and it's a shame.

Yeah i got a band for my companion ticket.  I don't like that students are selling them, however this isn't an uncommon thing for schools with good football teams.  At alot of the major powers students sell whatever tickets they can for games they don't plan on attending.  Welcome to big time college football.

I am sure these won't be the only ones we see on ebay.

I just hope the bidders realize that he has the auction ending on the 27th and his choice of shipping is priority mail which is 2-3 days.

And please don't let a wv fan get them.

The line for companion tickets was ridiculous.  I also think that they should not have sold those till after interest of students died down, if it ever did.  At least 35% of tickets will be companion tickets...and that's not cool.

Oh, and I hope no one  buys his tickets so he can lose money!  That punk!

And I have a friend who buys UW-WI tix and resells them (especially bowl tix because students get priority) and makes a kiling

yup, they did for me. but companion tix dont need a usf id.

Yup this is common place at most major universities with a good football program.  People are just freaking out because its never happened here before. Its part of being a big time program unfortunately.
