If we go undefeated, Bulls fans will come out of the woodwork to travel to whatever bowl we accept.

Ditto on the Smazza feedback. Good to see optimism out of him.

Let's win this week first. We really should be favored. UM was favored over then 20th ranked A and M.

I don't believe that to be the case.  Our SOS will be good enough where if we were the ONLY undefeated team, we'd get through.  UL losing to Cuse makes that tougher, but I still think we'd get past them.

But if we don't get past WVU, then it is moot.

If that were to happen, we would need to start cheering for teams that we've beat like Auburn, especially on Saturday since they play at UF, and UNC to help our SOS.  In addition, a one-loss Big East team (I would assume the winner of the WVU/Rutgers gamee) contending for a BCS spot would really help us as well. Now looking at the other teams:

USC has to go to Washington, Oregon, Cal, and Arizona State

LSU has a stretch of Florida, at Kentucky, Auburn, and at Alabama (plus the SEC title game)

Oklahoma's big test is Texas

Cal has to go to Oregon, UCLA, and Arizona State plus USC

Ohio State has a stretch of Michigan State, at Penn State, Wisconsin, Illinois (trap game?), and finish at Michigan

Wisconsin goes on the road to Penn State and Ohio State

Texas's big test is Oklahoma

BC and Clemson play each other (plus a conference title game)

Kentucky may get mauled in that SEC East

Hawaii doesn't play anybody but end with Boise State and Washington at home

I almost want to pencil in the winner of OU/Texas for the NC game so we would need a lot of help to get into that game.  Nonetheless, a non-International January bowl would be a remarkable accomplishment for our guys!
