All I want to say is that it is a weird feeling when you look at the major sports sites and the default scoreboard is TOP 25 teams and there it is - South Florida's score...no need to filter to Big East or anything...it's right there with the rest of the "big boys".

Let's hope that feeling sticks around for a long, long time :)

Should USF move up in the rankings after their dominating win over UNC? Or is UNC really that bad?

I think we should pick up at least 1 or 2 spots.

Louisville, Texas A&M, and maybe Nebraska (barely beat Ball St.) will all fall out of the rankings. That might give us some help.

If Bama wins, Georgia is definitely falling out. If Georgia wins, Bama might still fall behind us.

We're moving up for sure.

Absolutely...Lousiville, Texas A&M, either Georgia or Alabama losing, possibly Penn State.

lousiville will fall out, A&M will fall out, whoever loses between georgia and bama might not fall out but they would fall behind us.

i am interested to see what the votes will do with South Carolina...a lot of people felt like they got too much of a bump up to #12 and then they lost to a good LSU team...however, i still think they should fall behind us maybe to #20 with us somewhere around 18 or 19

One game still in progress... but as of right now we should move up to at least No. 20 and could go higher if we pass South Carolina and/or Penn State.

Kentucky coming back and winning hurt us a bit, as did Georgia winning. We should climb 2 or 3 spots in both polls. I doubt Alabama falls far. I'd be interested to see where Penn State drops to.

this is not the week to move up. next week is. UGA winning means they'll stay ahead of us, but Penn State and Alabama's losses were not enough to drop them below us probably, so we'll stay right below all of them, until we get that signature win on national television over a top 5 team, thus assuring us to move up into the top 15, and possibly more. :)

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
